As a Machine Operator, you will be at the forefront of precision manufacturing, playing a crucial role in cutting-edge projects. You'll work with state-of-the-art machinery, ensure materials are processed with accuracy, and help meet critical deadlines. Your Daily Impact
> Operate advanced metal-cutting machines.
> Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
> Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain cutting alignment for flawless results.
> Identify and resolve minor program errors independently.
> Keep production running smoothly by using forklifts and overhead cranes.
> Ability to make decimal-fraction conversions.
> Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”.
> Computer skills.
> Ability to use micrometers and calipers.
> Be self-motivated, have strong initiative and top-notch communication skills.
> Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
> Cooperative, innovative, safety oriented.
> Strong attention to detail and a focus on production.
> Commitment/willingness to increase job-related knowledge and skills.

What You'll Need
> The ability to stand, climb, and bend for prolonged periods.
> A clear vision and strong hearing - successful completion of annual vision and hearing exams is required.
