Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Monday: 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as General Laborers with the opportunity to advance into a Machine Operator position. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are interested in building a long-term career in the printing industry.

The General Laborer supports daily production by assisting with printing, finishing, packaging, and material handling while learning the operation of production equipment. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality will have the opportunity to train as Machine Operators.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with printing, finishing, and production operations.
Load paper, materials, and supplies onto production equipment.
Stack, inspect, sort, and package finished printed products.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and company procedures.
Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
Accurately complete production paperwork and report production issues.
Assist Machine Operators with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance.
Learn the operation of printing and finishing equipment through on-the-job training.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Manufacturing, warehouse, printing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
Bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
Work safely around moving machinery while following all safety procedures.
