EMEA Recruitment is working with a global FMCG organization to appoint a Senior IT Manager – Finance, HR & Legal Systems.
The Senior IT Manager will take ownership of technology solutions across Finance, HR, and Legal functions.
This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up - defining the strategy, setting the roadmap, and delivering scalable systems that enable business growth.
In this role, you will ensure these platforms are secure, integrated, and fit for purpose, while driving innovation and efficiency across key corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the IT strategy for Finance, HR, and Legal systems
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Infor), HRIS, and LegalTech platforms
- Ensure seamless integration across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Compliance systems
- Drive automation, analytics, and process improvements in reporting, payroll, contracts, and compliance
- Lead system selection, implementation, and vendor management
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Oversee budgets, service providers, and resource allocation to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions
About You:
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting, with the ability to shape a new function end-to-end
- Strong background in Finance, HR, and Legal technology, ideally within consumer goods or a related industry
- Expertise in ERP Finance modules and experience with HRIS and LegalTech platforms
- Skilled in project delivery, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiations
- Experienced leader with a track record of building teams and driving results
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
