About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence policies and practices that directly impact the lives of people in the community. As a Principal Advisor, you will lead strategic initiatives and contribute to the development of frameworks that enhance service delivery. Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to teams on best practices and policy development
  • Analyse data and feedback to inform decision-making and enhance service outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capability within the organisation.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in policy development and strategic planning within the public sector
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse groups
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Commitment to people's welfare and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
