Project Managers - High Rise Residential

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential construction? Design & Build are partnering with several of Brisbane's leading developer-builders and commercial construction companies who are experiencing significant growth and are looking to add exceptional Project Managers to their teams.

With multiple landmark projects either underway or about to commence, this is an excellent opportunity to join well-established businesses with secure pipelines, strong leadership teams and genuine career progression.

You will take ownership of major high-rise residential projects from commencement through to completion, leading project teams to deliver quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

Projects range from luxury apartment developments through to large-scale mixed-use and multi-residential builds across Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of high-rise residential projects from start to finish.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and financial performance.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive programme outcomes while proactively managing project risks.
• Mentor and develop Contract Administrators, Site Managers and wider project teams.

  
Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential or large commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong financial, contractual and programme management skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional communication skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications.
