Skills & Experience
2/3+ years in network/server support and installations.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, network services, and security.
Familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, RDP.
Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V & VMware vSphere/ESXi experience.
Firewall experience (Fortinet or similar) desirable.
Exposure to wireless network implementation beneficial.
Strong Microsoft application skills and IT literacy.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving ability.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
