About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II or III to support the delivery of clinical trials across Hungary with a growing CRO.
You will act as the primary contact for investigational sites, building strong relationships with site teams and ensuring studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, study protocols and applicable SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists and site teams.
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, both onsite and remotely.
- Ensure the rights, safety and wellbeing of trial participants are protected.
- Review informed consent, patient eligibility, protocol compliance, safety reporting and investigational product management.
- Verify that clinical trial data are accurate, complete and supported by source documentation.
- Support sites with participant recruitment and develop site-specific recruitment plans where required.
- Work closely with internal regulatory and study teams to support ethics, regulatory and essential document requirements.
- Ensure study queries, documentation and monitoring activities are completed within agreed timelines.
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences, clinical sciences or a related discipline. Relevant allied healthcare qualifications may also be considered.
- Previous clinical research monitoring experience appropriate to CRA II or CRA III level.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial requirements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-management and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in supporting the development of innovative treatments.
Annual Salary
CRA II: HUF 10,000,000
CRA III: HUF 11,500,000
Final compensation will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience and level of responsibility.
