About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of business process change as part of a large-scale, ICT-enabled business improvement program focused on modernising workforce management practices.
This is a contract opportunity , where you will lead change delivery activities end-to-end—partnering closely with program and business stakeholders to ensure effective engagement, communications, readiness, and lasting adoption.
You will also uplift internal change capability by coaching and mentoring team members, while proactively managing change impacts, risks, and issues to support successful transition into the future-state operating model.

Required skills / experience

• Proven delivery experience in business change / organisational change management on large ICT-enabled transformation programs
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and frontline/end-user groups
• End-to-end change implementation skills within healthcare sector preferred
• Ability to develop and deliver communications and engagement plans and supporting collateral
• Demonstrated experience with business process change 
• Experience conducting or supporting change impact assessments and translating impacts into actionable change activities
• Strong coaching/mentoring capability to build change maturity within project/program teams
• Solid track record in risk and issue identification/management related to change adoption
• Comfortable operating within governance and quality frameworks 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder sessions
