What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver systems engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Prepare, review, and lead technical documentation and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
  • Manage supplier technical aspects, ensuring requirements and design standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including hardware, software, cybersecurity, and safety.
  • Support risk assessments, bid and proposal activities, and provide technical assurance on projects.

Main Skills Needed

  • Degree in Systems, Software, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in systems engineering—ideally in defence, maritime, aerospace, or regulated environments.
  • Proven expertise in requirements management, system design, integration, and verification.
  • Knowledge of control systems, PLC/SCADA, and operational technology.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience with tools like DOORS and Enterprise Architect.
