Leading Australian technology company that has offices throughout Australia and are in huge growth mode are looking for a AV Support Technician to help the company with inbound service requests and incident support of a corporate client.
  
The business has seen impressive expansion over the last 18 months with new offices opening in several states. Sydney is the head office, and the role will require you to work onsite at the client offices - Some remote work on offer.
  
Role Responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot AV systems on-site
  • First line support of the service desk, reviewing inbound enquires and service requests
  • Providing technical support to clients IT infrastructure environment
  • Offer high levels of customer service and communication skills to enterprise client
  • Troubleshooting meeting room environment- Up to 100+
  
Requirements:
  • Has 2+ years in an AV & IT support role
  • Have worked in a technical support role and be used to providing external clients technical advice
  • Be able to work from home as this is a high breed set up with a mix of office and home working weekly
  • Have a positive proactive attitude, the team are real go getters and want someone that matches their energy
  • Australian permeant residency or citizenship required as the company are not looking to sponsor
