Nesco Resource is currently hiring a Cloth Room Inspector for a manufacturing facility in the Laurens County area. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced textile/manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect cloth and finished material for defects, damage, stains, color variations, and other quality concerns.

  • Visually examine fabric to ensure it meets established quality standards.

  • Identify, mark, and document defects accurately.

  • Measure and verify cloth according to production specifications.

  • Maintain accurate inspection and production records.

  • Assist with handling, rolling, or preparing fabric for the next stage of production.

  • Monitor product quality throughout the inspection process.

  • Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Communicate quality concerns to supervisors or appropriate team members.

  • Perform additional production duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous textile, manufacturing, production, or quality inspection experience is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to identify small defects and quality issues.

  • Ability to stand and work throughout the scheduled shift.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are required.

Pay & Opportunity

Starting Pay: $15.88/hour
