Our client is leading retail organisation embarking on a major supply chain transformation program and they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support critical order management and logistics fulfilment initiatives.
This is an initial 6-month contract working across a complex logistics environment where technology, operations and delivery intersect. You will play a key role in improving end-to-end fulfilment capabilities, streamlining workflows and supporting delivery outcomes across OMS and logistics domains.

This is: what you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements across order management and transport fulfilment processes
- Map current and future state workflows across supply chain operations
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support delivery outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across operations and technology
- Support UAT planning, coordination and execution
- Identify process improvements to enhance end-to-end fulfilment capabilities
- Contribute to delivery across an integration-heavy transformation program
This is: what you’ll need
- Proven Business Analyst experience within supply chain, logistics or retail environments
- Strong exposure to order management, fulfilment or transport operations
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments using JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation skills
- Experience working across complex, integration-heavy programs
- Exposure to Manhattan Associates WMS or similar platforms is highly regarded
