Minimum Qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead complex workforce analyses using advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision making.
- Lead the consultation, stakeholder management and development of dashboards, reports,
- and data visualizations related to workforce metrics.
- Leverage advanced storyboarding techniques to transform data findings into compelling
- narratives that that drive strategic decision making.
- Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high
- standard of precision
- Partner with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand workforce challenges and data needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely
- with IT and other stakeholders
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
- Experience in Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data
Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field).
