Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction and job site labor duties
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed
Perform basic site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Support skilled tradespeople with tools, materials, and setup
Follow job site safety rules and company procedures at all times
Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates accepted  no prior experience required
Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation to job sites 
Must have basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
