Join a high-profile industrial construction project and play a key leadership role overseeing electrical construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead site teams, drive safe project execution and contribute to the delivery of a large-scale processing facility in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise electrical trades, subcontractors and site personnel
  • Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, MCCs, cabling and associated infrastructure
  • Coordinate electrical construction activities to achieve project milestones
  • Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including testing, energisation and system handover
  • Ensure compliance with project safety, quality and construction requirements
  • Coordinate activities with mechanical, civil, structural and commissioning teams
  • Support workforce planning, productivity and project reporting
  • Mentor and develop electricians, apprentices and junior personnel
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability and high performance
About You To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification 
  • S26 - exam complete
  • Extensive experience supervising electrical teams on major mining, resources, energy or industrial projects
  • Strong background in electrical construction and commissioning
  • Experience with HV systems, substations, switchgear and power distribution infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, resources and project priorities
Highly Regarded
  • Processing plant, refinery or mineral processing experience
  • EPC or EPCM project experience
  • Experience using SAP, Aconex or similar project systems
  • Hazardous Area / EEHA experience
  • HV commissioning and energisation experience
