Apply directA Field Service Engineer is required to support the servicing, maintenance, and installation of Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) across Cork and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Respond to breakdown and service calls
- Carry out planned maintenance and repairs
- Install and configure new machines
- Provide customer training and support
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Participate in on-call rota
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Manage company vehicle, tools, and stock responsibly
Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification preferred
- Experience with vending machines, retail equipment, PoS, or similar advantageous
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Good IT and reporting skills
- Full Irish driving licence required
- Safe Pass desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
