Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.

- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and opportunity tracking.
- Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence to support commercial activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences.

Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in client-facing roles such as customer service, client services, business development support, recruitment, hospitality, sales support, or marketing.
- Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
