Operations Manager (Healthcare Services)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization. Our respected client is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Operations Manager, based in Bali.

The role will oversee key patient-facing operations and work closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Patient Service and Business Office operations.
• Manage and develop the operational team.
• Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, pharmacy, and other stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in operational processes, service quality, and patient experience.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve service or workflow issues.
• Foster a collaborative and people-oriented working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
• Strong exposure to Patient Services, Front Office, Business Office, or hospital operations.
• Previous team management experience.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to oncology, radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, or specialist healthcare services is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
