Location: Bristol, IN Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30am-3:00pm Monday–Friday, with potential Saturdays Pay: $16.65 per hourJob SummaryAre you a dependable and flexible individual looking for a new opportunity in manufacturing? In this role, you'll be an important part of the production process, helping keep operations running smoothly by supporting different areas throughout the facility.This is a versatile position where you may be asked to perform a variety of production, material-handling, packaging, and sanitation tasks based on the needs of the facility.What You’ll Be DoingAs a General Production Associate, your core responsibilities will include:-Production Line Support: Add bottles to production lines, feed bulk materials into machines, and manually cap bottles as needed.-Packaging Palletizing: Pack finished goods and stack completed products onto pallets for storage or shipment.-Material Supply: Deliver materials to production rooms as needed to keep operations running efficiently.-Production Support: Assist with machine and room changeovers, break down corrugated materials, and support other production activities.-Sanitation: Perform light sanitation duties to help maintain a clean and safe production environment.In addition, you will also be expected to assist wherever needed throughout the facility and contribute to the overall team effort.What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for 8+ hours per dayAbility to work Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday workWillingness to complete required GMP and Safe Quality Food trainingReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow company policies and safety proceduresSkills:-Coachable: Willing to learn new tasks, accept training, and follow instructions.-Flexible: Comfortable performing different tasks and moving between areas of the facility as production needs change.-Team-Oriented: Willing to contribute to the team and assist coworkers when needed.-Safety-Minded: Able to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.-Reliable: Consistently arrives to work on time and follows the company's attendance expectations.-Professional Communication: Able to communicate positively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.What We’re Looking For in a CandidateThe ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, coachable, and willing to learn.
