Acting as a key client service contact for individual and business clients
Providing high-level administrative support to the director, managers and team members
Coordinating workflows across divisions
Preparing client onboarding, transfer and offboarding documentation, including engagement letters, authority documents and related correspondence
Maintaining accurate and complete client records in our practice management systems
Managing financial administration tasks, including invoicing, billing and payment confirmations
Supporting the preparation and formatting of client documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
Assisting with formal tenders or bid submissions where required
Experience:
Proven experience as a Team Administrator, Team Coordinator or similar within a client-facing professional services environment, such as accounting, legal or consulting
Experience managing end-to-end billing or invoicing processes
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in relation to grammar, formatting and document presentation
Confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up with senior stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
