About the Opportunity

As a Business Development & Sales Coordinator, you will be engaged on a ten-month contract to cover a parental leave sabbatical.

The focus of the role will be to liaise with existing and potential customers and actively lead the sales cycle for new business, from prospecting, to closing a deal. You will be the business development representative who will be managing initial discussions with potential customers and involved in the pitch to win business.

In short, you will be responsible for winning new accounts : selling the benefits to customers of them using your employer as the new provider of services.

The professional services that you will be selling will be to sizeable companies. As such, you will work closely with your company legal, finance and procurement representatives. You will be part of a corporate team actively working with corporate clients to secure their business.

About You

You will be an experienced Sales Rep, Business Development Manager or similar. You will have a track record of success at going out and winning business and onboarding new accounts. Experience showcasing the sale of professional services to clients would be highly regarded.

Experience and exposure to Food Services, Hospitality, Catering Bids & Tenders would be highly desirable.
