Electricians, Plumbers & Roofers Wanted — Dunedin - Temporary Ongoing

Summary: Multiple trade opportunities across Dunedin — we're hiring an Electrician x2, Plumber, and Roofer to join established teams with variety, career progression, and a strong safety culture. These are temporary, ongoing positions.

• Three roles available: Maintenance Electrician, Maintenance Plumber & Commercial Roofer

Electrician: Join a team keeping homes and businesses across Dunedin safe and powered up. We're after a registered Electrician who's good with people and confident troubleshooting on the go.
What you'll do:

• Maintain, repair, and install wiring, switchboards, and lighting
• Test and certify electrical safety (RCDs, Test & Tag, etc.)
• Work across a mix of residential and commercial sites

What you'll need:

• EWRB registration + current Practising Licence
• 2–3 years' post-registration experience
• Full NZ driver's licence
• Comfortable working at heights / in confined spaces

What's on offer:

• $35~$40/ph, PPE, tools, and training provided

Plumber: Keep Dunedin's commercial, government, and institutional sites running smoothly. Great opportunity for a Plumber who likes variety and solving problems on the spot.
What you'll do:

• Handle call-outs, leaks, blockages, and urgent repairs
• Run planned maintenance and minor installs (tapware, pipework, hot water units)
• Keep accurate compliance records

What you'll need:

• NZ-qualified Tradesman or Certifying Plumber
• 2–3 years' commercial experience
• Full, clean NZ driver's licence
• Strong fault-finding skills and a customer-first attitude

Roofer: Take on varied commercial roofing projects across the Dunedin region, with a team that values safety and quality.
What you'll do:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing (metal, tile, asphalt, membrane)
• Work at heights and operate EWPs
• Inspect and assess roofs for repairs/replacement

What you'll need:

• 2+ years' roofing experience (commercial)
• Working at Heights + EWP certifications
• Confident reading blueprints/technical drawings
• Reliable, safety-focused, good in a team
