About the Role
We are seeking experienced Network Infrastructure Engineers to support the delivery and ongoing management of a complex ICT environment. These positions involve working across enterprise-scale network infrastructure, including physical, virtual, and cloud-based systems.

Location: The role is based in Adelaide SA.

Security Requirements: Candidates must hold an active or reactivatable Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance on submission. Our client is not looking to upgrade an existing clearance for this position. An OSA (Organisational Suitability Assessment) will be required for this position.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Network Infrastructure Engineers to support the delivery and ongoing management of a complex ICT environment. These positions involve working across enterprise-scale network infrastructure, including physical, virtual, and cloud-based systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining network infrastructure across Cisco and Juniper environments
- Monitoring system performance and reliability using enterprise toolsets
- Managing backups, restoration processes, and system configurations
- Responding to incidents, problems, and change requests within ITSM platforms
- Administering user accounts, access, and permissions
- Investigating operational issues and contributing to their resolution
- Producing and maintaining documentation for systems and processes
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong hands-on experience in network infrastructure along with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking technologies
- Exposure to network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco Transport Controller, or Splunk
- Strong understanding of core ICT infrastructure and network operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned service management environments
- Demonstrated capability in infrastructure management, availability, and system reliability (SFIA Level 4 equivalent)
- Experience implementing infrastructure changes, maintenance, and automation
- Strong problem management and incident resolution skills
- Experience with system installation, decommissioning, and lifecycle support
Candidates must also be willing to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) prior to engagement.
