We are seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Officer to support project delivery within a large-scale resources environment. This position is responsible for coordinating material supply, inventory management, procurement activities and logistics processes, ensuring project teams receive the right materials at the right time.

We are seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Officer to support project delivery within a large-scale resources environment. This position is responsible for coordinating material supply, inventory management, procurement activities and logistics processes, ensuring project teams receive the right materials at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate material requests, purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and material availability.
- Support procurement and expediting activities to meet project schedules.
- Liaise with vendors, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
- Track shipments and resolve supply chain issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and transactions within SAP.
- Assist with warehouse, logistics and materials management processes.
- Previous experience in materials, logistics, supply chain or procurement coordination roles.
- Exposure to mining, resources, construction, infrastructure or project environments.
- Working knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP MM.
- Strong inventory control and materials management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting capital projects or shutdowns.
- Knowledge of warehousing, freight coordination and expediting processes.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
