DRD Group is growing and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Electrical Trades recruitment to join our growing team based south of the river.
We're looking for someone who understands the Electrical Trades market and has experience recruiting positions such as Electricians, Electrical Supervisors, E&I Technicians, Instrumentation Technicians, Electrical Trade Assistants and other related personnel. Experience recruiting across broader Trades & Labour disciplines will also be highly regarded.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent placements, partnering with both clients and candidates to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Sourcing and placing skilled Electrical Trades personnel and white collar staff into contracting companies
- Building and maintaining candidate talent pools
- Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing labour hire workforce requirements and mobilisation activities
- Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks
- Delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- A minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience within Trades & Labour recruitment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Electrical Trades personnel
- Experience recruiting across broader trades sectors such as Mechanical, Construction, Manufacturing, Resources, Infrastructure or Industrial environments would be highly regarded
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent pooling capabilities
- Proven ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships
- Excellent communication and candidate and client management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
