Marketing Executive - Agri

FRS Recruitment are now recruiting for the role of ‘Marketing Executive’ on behalf of a Client, who are an established Irish Agri machinery manufacturer based in Tipperary.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing graduate or early-career marketing professional to gain broad, hands-on experience within a well-established Irish agricultural manufacturing brand with an international presence.

The successful candidate will support digital content creation, campaign delivery, event coordination and day-to-day marketing activities across domestic and export markets. The role will also play a key part in supporting an upcoming brand launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a brand launch and 80th anniversary programme, assisting with campaigns, events, dealer communications, advertising and promotional activities.
• Create engaging content for social media, the company website, email marketing campaigns and other digital platforms.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across Irish and international markets, including scheduling, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Maintain product information, pricing, imagery and content for the after-sales webshop and merchandise store while supporting customer queries where required.
• Assist with trade and agricultural media communications, including press releases, editorial content and promotional activity.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, internal communications and customer-facing resources.
• Coordinate customer and stakeholder visits to the manufacturing facility, ensuring a positive visitor experience.
• Assist with the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions and customer events, including logistics, promotional materials and post-event follow-up.
• Support the development of brochures, advertisements, customer testimonials, videos, presentations and point-of-sale materials.
• Create content to promote new product launches, product updates and company news.
• Monitor and report on marketing activity, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Support dealer and distributor communications, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with external marketing suppliers, including designers, videographers, printers and media partners.
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing or communications role (strong graduates will also be considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites and email marketing campaigns.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Desirable

• An interest in agriculture, machinery or the agri-business sector.
• Experience supporting trade shows, events or exhibitions.
• Basic photography, video creation or graphic design experience.
• Familiarity with website content management systems, CRM platforms or email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and digital analytics platforms.
