As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to established standards and procedures.

• Execute and document production processes, including line clearances, product validations, and batch changes.

• Inspect finished goods for quality and compliance, completing documentation in production systems.

• Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and adapt to last-minute order changes.

• Utilize ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office for data entry and process tracking.

• Identify risks in production and escalate concerns to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments preferred.

• Technical understanding of production processes and safety practices.

• Experience with ERP/MES or production software systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail with ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under time-sensitive production schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
