Available Shifts: 

  • Flexible shifts Monday-Sunday from 8:00am-8:00pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding insurance products and services
  • Assist customers with insurance enrollment, claims, and policy questions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our system
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account retention to meet company goals


Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service skills, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience with Insurance or Medicare is a plus but not mandatory
