Business Analyst/ IT Consultant

A technology-led business consulting firm under well-established Japanese Corporation, is looking for a Business Consultant to bring modern technology to reinvent business which spans various industries.
This role involves providing consulting and execution support to clients across a range of business initiatives, including business expansion, profitability improvement, operational problem-solving, process optimization, IT transformation, and ecosystem development. Depending on the engagement, projects are delivered collaboratively by multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants and technology specialists

Responsibilities:
- Support clients in identifying and addressing business and operational challenges
- Drive initiatives related to business growth, profitability enhancement, and operational efficiency
- Assist in process improvement and digital/IT transformation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting and technology teams to deliver project outcomes
- Contribute to the design and implementation of business ecosystems and strategic initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with client objectives
- Provide analytical and execution support throughout the consulting lifecycle

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of total experience.
- Experience in business consulting within Japan, including experience as an in-house consultant or in a related strategic/business improvement role within a company
- Strong understanding of business operations and consulting methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based consulting environments
