Pick & Pack Associate

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
• Accurately identify, count, label, and package parts and materials.
• Perform visual inspections of springs and other components to identify defects or irregularities according to established quality standards.
• Sort and categorize springs based on predetermined criteria, separating acceptable parts from items requiring rework or rejection.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Safely handle totes and materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing/factory environment.
• Ability to stand and work for approximately 10 hours per shift.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. frequently.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
