Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-only Allergy & Immunology practice
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends or holidays
- Shared call with another Allergist in the department

Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary of $260K–$315K
- 2-year employment agreement
- 3-year employment agreement for visa candidates
- 3 weeks of paid vacation
- 1 week of CME
- 7 sick days
- $3K annual business expense allowance
- Health insurance paid by the practice
- Malpractice insurance paid by the practice
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Opportunity to become a shareholder following the employment agreement
- Production-based compensation as a shareholder
