Temp FOH Support, HR Square One Mississauga

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a temporary SalesSupport Associate to join the team for an onsite role in Mississauga.

This is a full time, temporary position starting ASAP and continuing for tentatively 4 weeks with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized styling recommendations, promoting loyalty programs, and helping customers find products that fit their needs and preferences.
• Assist with driving sales performance through strong product knowledge, effective customer engagement, and awareness of current promotions, trends, and brand offerings.
• Support daily store operations by accurately processing transactions, replenishing merchandise, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment while resolving customer concerns professionally and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Retail or sales experience, preferably in a high end/luxury setting
• Interest in menswear and awareness of current trends
• Comfortable helping customers and sharing product recommendations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift

Salary: $23 per hour (CAD)
