Corporate Solicitor - Edinburgh/Glasgow

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Solicitor (1-2 years PQE) to join a highly regarded and growing Corporate team based across Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The team regularly handles sophisticated corporate transactions, including matters with US and wider cross-border elements, providing an excellent platform for a solicitor looking to develop their corporate career.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced corporate lawyers and have the opportunity to advise founders, investors, entrepreneurs and businesses throughout their growth journey.
The role will involve a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Equity investments and funding rounds
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Corporate restructurings
• Start-up and scale-up advisory work
• Cross-border and international transactions
• General corporate advisory matters

You will benefit from direct client contact and meaningful responsibility from an early stage, while receiving the support and mentoring required to continue developing your technical and commercial expertise.

The Candidate

You will ideally have 1-2 years' PQE gained within a corporate team and a solid grounding in corporate transactional work.

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a busy team
