About the role
The Sales Support Team Member plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales team. This position involves engaging with customers through various channels and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Support customers seeking fit-out solutions
  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Conduct data entry and manage ERP administration
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team
  • Manage customer service enquiries
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
  • Strong capability in ERP systems, with Business Central Dynamics preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to use SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong data entry accuracy and basic arithmetic skills
