What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and commitment to quality work
• Experience in drainage or civil construction (preferred, not vital for entry-level roles)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant licences, endorsements, or certifications are advantageous
• A clear Pre-employment drug test.
