Apply directEMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading international organisation based in Utrecht with an urgent requirement for an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist with strong ADP GlobalView experience.
This initial three-month assignment will provide additional hands-on expertise and capacity within the payroll team, with a particular focus on working with the external payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
You will work closely with Payroll, HR and Finance teams across the business, taking ownership of payroll activities, resolving issues and helping to strengthen processes and controls.
Key areas of focus will include:

Managing payroll activities through ADP GlobalView

Working closely with the external payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

Reviewing payroll data before submission to the vendor and validating payroll outputs

Investigating discrepancies and working with the vendor to resolve payroll issues

Supporting payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders

Strengthening payroll checks, controls and ways of working

Maintaining clear payroll documentation and procedures

Identifying opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency and consistency

Providing hands-on support to the wider payroll team throughout the assignment
The ideal candidate:

Strong hands-on payroll experience within an international environment

Previous ADP GlobalView experience is essential

Experience managing and working closely with external payroll vendors

Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, controls and data validation

Previous experience within an interim, project or payroll improvement environment

Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll issues

Confident working across Payroll, HR, Finance and external partners

Able to quickly understand an existing payroll environment and work independently

Fluent English
