Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated displays, boxes, and packaging materials according to work instructions.
• Read and follow production orders and assembly specifications.
• Fold, glue, tape, label, and package products accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise.
