What you'll be doing

  • Advise clients on complex corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts
  • Lead on shareholder agreements, joint ventures, investments and wider company law matters
  • Support business restructures, group reorganisations and strategic corporate projects
  • Collaborate with legal, tax and advisory specialists to deliver joined-up commercial solutions

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years' PQE with a current Solicitors Practising Certificate
  • Strong expertise across corporate law, M&A, shareholder arrangements and business transactions
  • Experience operating within a law firm partnership environment at Partner, Director or equivalent senior level
  • Ability to manage matters independently and provide commercially focused advice with minimal supervision
