CONFIDENTIAL Production Manager/Creative Designer

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Product Development & Design Manager to join the team in Palm Beach, Florida for a hybrid role. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP.

Job Duties Include:

• Oversee the end-to-end product development and production process, managing timelines, costing, sourcing, and delivery from concept through final production.
• Design seasonal collections, special projects, collaborations, and promotional merchandise using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop while translating creative concepts into commercially viable products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the design and embroidery team, establishing clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, Accounting, and international factory partners to ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, product launches, and continuous process improvement.

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in fashion design, product development, and production management, preferably within a luxury apparel or accessories environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with the ability to create original designs and translate concepts into production-ready products.
• Fluent in Spanish with experience collaborating directly with overseas factories, vendors, and production partners.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, improving processes, and cultivating a professional, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Salary: $90K - $110K (DOE)
