Head of Medical Operations

Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify a Head of Medical Operations who will lead clinical and operational excellence, drive service quality improvements, and support the organization's expansion initiatives in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day medical and hospital operations to ensure efficient, high-quality healthcare service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with specialist doctors, clinical teams, and management to optimize patient care and operational performance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical and operational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor operational KPIs, patient experience metrics, and quality standards to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the establishment and scaling of new healthcare services, programs, and operational capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between medical professionals, operational teams, and executive leadership to align strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) with an active medical license (STR).
• Proven experience managing hospital or healthcare operations with strong end-to-end operational exposure.
• Strong ability to engage and collaborate with specialist doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated capability to build processes, systems, and operational frameworks from the ground up.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
