Apply directA financial services firm in Vienna, Virginia, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Systems Analyst to oversee security and compliance within an Oracle ERP Fusion
environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid 3x a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Performing user access reviews and managing privileged access across Oracle ERP Fusion
- Monitoring Oracle Risk Management Cloud alerts and incidents
- Documenting findings, root cause analysis, remediation plans, and audit evidence
- Partnering with auditors to support ICFR requirements
- Collaborating with various teams to maintain security and compliance
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Security and Compliance
- High School Diploma / GED
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Security
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud
- Solid understanding of ICFR and Financial Compliance frameworks
- Experience with User Access reviews and Risk Monitoring
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
- Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts
- Experience with OTBI Reporting
- Experience with SIT and UAT test scenarios
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot
