Head of Product

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our client in the telecommunications industry as the Head of Product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior leaders across various divisions, driving the vision and strategy of our products.

About the Role:

As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in leading the product team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers, adhering to the product management framework, and leading the development of APIs, products, and complex systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Lead Product Vision and Strategy: Work directly with senior leaders to shape the product vision and strategy.
• Roadmap and Delivery: Oversee the product team's functions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Day-to-Day Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and designers to follow the product management framework.
• Complex System Construction: Lead the development of APIs, products, and complex systems on a large scale.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 4 years in leading a sizable product management team and managing end-to-end product launches.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly in agile environments.
• Product Passion: A strong passion for building great products and achieving market success.
• Design Excellence: A keen eye for design excellence, usability, and consumer appeal in products.
• Team Management: Proven ability to manage and coach a team of product managers.
• E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a must.
• Adaptability: Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
