As a Salesforce Program Manager / PMO Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives, establish robust project governance, and support organizational agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution and transition into ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities supporting Salesforce CRM implementation, launch, and transition into operations.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams, business units, and PMO leadership to maintain project alignment and momentum.
• Enhance or establish project governance, reporting, documentation, and delivery processes tailored to a hybrid Agile and traditional environment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and provide transparent progress updates to executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, supporting cultural change and organizational growth.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience managing complex enterprise technology programs or large-scale system implementations, particularly Salesforce or CRM rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly within a developing environment and lead through change with emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations or enterprise CRM deployments.
• Background in establishing or maturing PMO practices within an organization.
• Experience supporting a platform launch, post-implementation support, and change management initiatives.
• Support for Agile transformations and hybrid delivery environments.
• Cross-functional experience working across IT, product, engineering, and business operations teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven track record of 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise programs, preferably in a technology or digital transformation context.

Other Requirements:

• This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week in Newton, MA.
• Prior experience working in evolving environments with informal processes transitioning to structured governance is ideal.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or relevant Agile credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
