Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Client Advisor [Fluent in Arabic] to join the team in Los Angeles, CA for an onsite retail role.
This is a full-time permanent retail position starting ASAP. Candidates should be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while representing the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and High Jewelry collections.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clientele through proactive clientelling, personalized outreach, and follow-up.
- Drive sales performance by identifying client needs, styling and presenting fine jewelry and High Jewelry pieces, and cultivating repeat business.
- Build a strong network of VIC, HNW, and UHNW clients, with a focus on client retention and lifetime value.
- Partner with boutique leadership to achieve individual and store sales goals, KPIs, and client development objectives.
- Support private appointments, exclusive events, and High Jewelry presentations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product collections, gemstones, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling to confidently educate clients.
- Ensure boutique standards are upheld through operational excellence, inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and adherence to security procedures.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, watches, or High Jewelry sales experience preferred.
- Proven success building and maintaining a loyal client base through strong clientelling and relationship management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English required, with the ability to serve an international luxury clientele.
- Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of luxury selling techniques, client development, and boutique operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for luxury craftsmanship, jewelry, gemstones, and client experience.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (unless otherwise noted by client) and the ability to stand for duration of shift.
