No previous ADHD assessment experience is required. Full specialist training will be provided by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

The Opportunity
As an ADHD Assessment Lead, you'll conduct comprehensive adult ADHD assessments using structured clinical interviews, validated assessment tools, and evidence-based practice.

Working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centred care while developing specialist expertise in ADHD diagnosis and treatment planning.

You'll enjoy the autonomy of working from home while remaining closely supported by experienced Psychiatrists, General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, and an experienced operational team.

Your Role You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive adult ADHD assessments
• Preparing high-quality clinical assessment reports
• Developing evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Providing compassionate feedback and education to patients
• Collaborating with Psychiatrists and multidisciplinary clinicians
• Referring complex presentations when appropriate
• Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement
• Contributing to the ongoing development of this innovative service

About You
You're an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking to specialise within an innovative and rapidly evolving area of healthcare.
You'll bring:

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• Current Annual Practising Certificate
• Minimum two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and report writing ability
• Confidence working autonomously
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach
• Confidence using telehealth and digital healthcare platforms

Previous ADHD experience is not required.
