About the role

As the first point of contact for our firm, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values professionalism, collaboration, and excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

Answering and directing client phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Managing meeting room bookings and keeping the office calendar organised.

Handling incoming emails and correspondence promptly and effectively.

Supporting the team with general administrative tasks, including mail, filing, and photocopying.

Maintaining a neat and organised reception, office, and kitchen space.

Collaborating with accounting and administrative staff to support day-to-day operations.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?

Previous experience in an administration role, or in a similar customer service role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and general office equipment.

A genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
