About the role
Working in the firms Private Business and Family Advisory practice creating value and providing specialist advice on asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection and generational change management.
Managed by 11 Partners across multiple groups, this valued Personal Assistant role will see you supporting 2 Partners and collaborating with other Personal Assistants within the team.
12-month maternity cover contract, with the option to extend if an opportunity is presented.
Your key responsibilities will include:
High level professional assistance to 2 Partners
Including, diary management; coordinating meetings and events; acting as a first point of contact for the Partners office
Receiving and distributing incoming calls, emails, and mail
Travel coordination when required, expense processing, invoice processing
Supporting with proposals, reports and presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as requested
Direct contact for client payment queries, including managing approval process, maintaining records and banking
Monthly billing; managing monthly invoicing and timesheet management
Building strong working relationships with clients, partners and the wider team
About You
To be successful in this role, previous experience as a Personal Assistant within Professional Services or a corporate environment is required.
You possess high levels of decisiveness with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
A naturally organised individual, you can build strong relationships in a fluid and fast paced environment. Managing and prioritising numerous tasks is second nature, and you execute these with ease and a smile!
You will have strong technical expertise of Microsoft Suite and Outlook
You are result focussed and take pride in delivering excellent administrative support to the team of professionals. A strong sense of teamwork and extraordinary communication skills are a must.
