We’re partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation to find a capable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate 6-week assignment based in Macquarie Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced finance team, make an immediate impact, and contribute to an organisation that delivers meaningful community outcomes.

The Role
 In this hands-on position, you’ll take ownership of the accounts receivable function and support the team during a busy period. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
  • Following up on outstanding invoices and managing collections
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Allocating incoming payments accurately
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Providing support across the broader finance function as needed
About You You’re someone who can hit the ground running and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll bring:
  • Proven Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience with SAP Business One integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice
