Sales Manager

We are delighted to be working with a leading global property consultancy to find them an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager for their Wimbledon office.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the Wimbledon sales team to achieve annual targets
• Driving new business, instructions and revenue across the department
• Managing key client relationships and negotiating high-value sales
• Supporting and developing the team to maximise performance
• Maintaining strong local market knowledge and identifying new opportunities
• Managing the sales process from appraisal through to completion
• Developing referral opportunities across the wider global business
• Ensuring high standards of compliance, service and client care

About you:

• Proven experience in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager level
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating revenue
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales performance
• Strong knowledge of Wimbledon and the wider Southwest London market
• Confident managing and developing a high-performing team
• Full UK driving license
