A fast-growing global fintech unicorn is building out its US Stocks business as part of a major strategic expansion. The firm is seeking a commercially driven leader to build and scale its channel growth strategy.

This is a newly created leadership role where you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, partnership growth, and channel expansion across key markets. You will lead a growing team while developing strategic relationships with KOLs, financial communities, broker networks, content platforms, MCNs, media partners, and other investor traffic sources.

You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from strategy and partner identification through commercial negotiations, go-to-market execution, and performance optimisation, with a strong focus on account openings, funding conversion, trading activity, and overall channel ROI.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of experience within online brokerages, leading channel growth, partnership, affiliate, referral, or user acquisition functions
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-growth partnership ecosystems and generating measurable user acquisition outcomes
  • Experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to articulate channel strategies and growth levers.
  • Strong understanding of US stock products, retail investor behaviour, customer acquisition funnels, and brokerage business models
  • Existing network across KOLs, investment communities, financial content platforms, media partners, broker networks, and distribution channels
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required due to stakeholder and partner coverage across Greater China
